We’ve built our company on providing products grown or caught by people that have a passion for their products as well as the land they steward. We are part of the Eco-Trust Redd collaborative; a community of local Fisherman, Ranchers and Farmers who are all striving to better connect the fruits of their labor to the city.
Our mission is to connect Chefs with the bounty of the Pacific Northwest with honesty and transparency. We work closely with Fishermen and Processors to bring fresh, sustainable, and often times obscure products to the most discerning restaurants. With our partners on the coast we find markets for underutilized and often discarded species, as well as sourcing the finest seafood that has made our coast famous.
